That's what I did and same thing lol idk but maybe this is normal not sure

You could do a full uninstall of P3D, download a fresh copy, verify the Checksum and reinstall.
Do all testing in a default state without any Add-ons.

If it worked previously it should work again.

Not:
In your first screenshot on page one of these posts
not only where clouds looking bad but the
Add-on aircraft also looked bad.
