Unsaved flight plans

I use PFPX to prepare flight plans. Once created, they are exported to the P3D and PMDG directories and are regularly read. After the flight, by closing P3D both flight plans (the one exported to P3D and the one exported to PMDG) are deleted and disappear from their directories. Has anyone encountered the same problem?
