Hello all!
Have attempted to download both V4 and V5 on multiple computers and browsers, as well as had friends try, but we all keep receiving web errors:
---
This site can’t provide a secure connection
cloud.prepar3d.com sent an invalid response.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
---
Appears the main download site server might be having issues. Is there an alternate server to download the installer and SDK from?

Re: Download Links Not Working
Hello,
The download server is currently functioning. We recommend that you check your windows hosts file to ensure that secure.prepar3d.com has not been blocked from accessing the download page.
The hosts file is a computer file that is used by the operating system to map hostnames to IP addresses, Its possible your virus scanner or firewall software has added an entry to your host file that blocks the site.
1. Type %WINDIR%\System32\Drivers\etc into your windows search bar
2 Click on the folder to open
3. Right click on the hosts file & open with Notepad
4. Review & delete any entry that refers to Prepar3D
5. Save the updates and try accessing the site again.
Updates to the host file will require administrator privileges.
Also, your internet provider may be blocking the site.
Cheers,
Chris
