[RESOLVED] Unable to download new hot fix

Hi P3D team,

I am unable to download the latest 5.2 hot fix 1. I am met with an unable to connect securely to the server. I have adjusted my firewall and av settings and even attempted on chrome, internet explorer and edge and Mozilla Firefox and all produce the same error.

I will attach a screenshot if needed. I think this issue is on your all’s end. It said to reach out to the website admin owner and let them know

While I appreciate your response I am aware of the other threads. Thank you. I have also reviewed the other threads and followed the steps. Still no avail

Then you might want to talk to your Internet provider.

I believe you might be in Salt Lake City - I am in Flensburg, Germany, and have never had any issues downloading anything from prepar3d.com.

I am indeed in SLC. :) I haven’t had this issue before. Granted I took a few months off of flying this summer and saw the hot fix for 5.2. I haven’t had this issue before.

I somehow was able to download it. Not sure why I couldn’t yesterday? I decided to connect my Ethernet cable to my modem and it worked. Took two hours but it worked.
