Licenses and License Issues: Contact Email

Post by Legacy Support »

Hi Everyone,

To deactivate and move your license, simply uninstall Prepar3D using the standard Windows Programs and Features manager. Your license will be reset once the uninstall process is complete. This will allow you to activate Prepar3D on another computer without contacting licensing support.

If you need an additional activation, please e-mail licensing@prepar3d.com your request with a brief explanation. Please include your license ID and invoice number. Any request missing the license ID will not be reactivated. It can take up to two business days to process reactivation requests.

Please see the FAQs for more information: http://prepar3d.com/frequently-asked-questions/

Please be aware that each license is only allowed to be installed on a single system at a time. Please see the End User License Agreement for further details at: http://www.prepar3d.com/support/end-use ... ment-eula/

Regards,
The Prepar3D Team
