Regarding p3d v2.x and NO water

I have digged up an rather old computer of mine, and found out that why i parked it years ago.

1. All water is now landfill with trees and boats on land, so how do i get the water back?
2. I have several orbx software installed, global, open LC europe, EU norway, orbx enhf, orbx ennk, and i also had Vector installed, but has now been removed, as i thought that was the problem, but nope, so what causes this to happen?

PC specs for the old system is rather dull, but it still works :)
Old i7 47 something running at 3.8 ghz, 16 gb of ddr3 ram, 500 gb ssd and one for the boot too, the gfx card is a 1050 ti ( should be enough )
asus z170-A i think, not shure, but if it works, dont trash it, right?
