Scenery.cfg Loading Problem EDDN Nürnberg f ex. - Language Setting?

Hey Guys,

i installed The B314 from Pilots and during that installation I was informed that several Runtime things are installed which are needed that the Plane works properly.

However, after that I startet P3D 5.2 as usual and got the error message that some airports cant be read out of scenery cfg. They all have a Ü or an ä or an ö inside the name, like, Nürnberg EDDN. So something changed that P3D cant read the file properly.
P3D wants to deactivate those airports.
Insummary for me 5or6 airports.

Any Ideas?

Language Setting somewhere maybe?
I cant remember the solution for that exactly.
