Hi Guys,

After using 5.3 with no issues since it's release I have now developed one and have no idea how or how to fix it, other than a complete and full reinstall.

I get past the splash screen to the the user interface where I can choose my aircraft, do the necessary and press OK.

The sim starts loading the scenery, gets to 1% and CTD every single time.

Event log is showing the following fault..D:\Prepar3d\q2d.dll

Any ideas please?

Try to force a rebuild of the scenery index file which seems corrupted somehow. This can be done by deactivate a scenery add-on and activate it again.
