Road traffic in 5.3 kills fps

Since updating to V5.3 I am no longer able to set any amount of road traffic without major stuttering. In V5.2 I had it set at 15% and that worked fine. However in V5.3 any amount of road traffic reduces the frames by at least 50% which renders the sim unusable due to massive stuttering.

I'm running an 11900K, 32GB Ram, RTX 3090 wirh PMDG NGXu, Orbx, updated Active Sky with Rex and undated EnvShade. Same setup as in 5.2

I did a deinstall and reinstall of P3D to update.

With no road traffic, yes I see a nice increase in FPS plus the sim is much smoother so well done there.

Any solutions besides don't use road Traffic?

It seems like 5% in 5.3 is equal to 15% in 5.2. Just my observation in any case.
