[RESOLVED] P3Dv5 randomly "reset" scenario to default

like the title says, i have some occassion where P3Dv5 will reset to default scenario (F-35 at KRND), this happend whenever im using my microphone (talking in IVAO/VATSIM/DISCORD), this is very frustrating especially when you just set up your flight then randomly magically teleported to KRND with F35. im on Prepar3D 5.2.27565, and this maybe be important but this happend after i update my windows 10. is there anyway to see "activity" log ?

I think i found the culprit, turned out my voice command is on (its off before, i dont know how it turned on)
