Lightning artifacts (AMD platform specific)

During heavy lightning I get flashes like this that only lasts for a fraction of a second, note this only happens with 2d clouds EA can be on or off Image
AMD 5900x, 32gb@3600MHz ram, Sapphire Nitro+ 6900xt, Windows 10 Pro & 2tb NVME
