Windowed mode causes problems sometimes

Good evening,

I noticed this strange issue today, it happened on 2 different flights, using 2 different planes. I usually run P3D in windowed mode. Twice I minimized the screen and the menu bar becomes somewhat unresponsive and the performance of 5.2 becomes abysmal.

If I go to full screen it runs smooth as silk. But if I go back to windowed mode, goes back to the horrid performance.

I have only noticed this problem if I use windowed mode AND minimize the screen at any time. Is this a known bug or something on my end?
