Can you confirm if this is normal behavior to see when panning in external view? The clouds look OK when the camera is not moving, but moving the camera (paning around the aircraft) produces this effect. It actual makes me feel dizzy to look at. This image doesn't actually capture how bad it is.
EA is on. It occurs with any level of Volumetric cloud settings. Turning off the volumetric clouds and going back to 2D obviously solves the problem.

This is from the experimental Amortize Clouds setting. If you disable this you will no longer see that distortion.
