What's happening is Simconnect appears to be freezing towards the end of any flight I'm on, and thus affects any add-ons using Simconnect, such as GSX or ProATCx.
Specifically, the Simconnect menu, in how to interact with these 2 add-ons becomes frozen. The last menu that was working is stuck on the screen and won't close. I can move the menu out of the way to complete the flight, but I then have no way to communicate with ProATCx or GSX once on the ground.
Lately I can recreate this issue on just about every flight.
My questions would be:
Is it possible to restart Simconnect during a flight to re-establish communication with GSX and/or PRoATCx?
How do I reinstall Simconnect?
Could anything else be causing this problem?

It's the on screen menu that is run by Simconnect which is freezing on the screen. Once it's there, the screen cannot be closed, none of the selections work. I can move the menu, but not close it.
If I quit ProATCx, the menu will finally close, but the choices on the menu are stuck and nothing can be selected.
If this behavior isn't Simconnect related, what do you propose?

Did you install the new version [v1928] of ProAtc which installs a new Simconnect interface?
Have you asked ProAtc forum support?

Wanted to ask here if someone knew a fix first, wasn't sure this was a PATC issue, but I'll post a question to their forum nonetheless.
