You do not roll drivers back in the AMD software, you do that through the Windows Control Panel.
Try searching the web for this string:
roll back graphics driver
and you will get instructions on how to do it.

I can only tell you that the same thing happened to me after installing 5.2. I have an rx 5700 xt. I have been testing with old drivers from the most current, and those that do not give problems are the drivers 20.11.1 and 20.10.1. From there until the last 21.5.2 they all give me the problems you report. In case it helps someone. In prepar3d v4.5 with none I have those problems. I'm having the exactly the same issue here, with and AMD GPU.
MY specs are:
Ryzen 5 5600X CPU
AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT GPU with 21.7.1 driver installed.
I had, or still having ongoing contact with AMD support, they had suggested 2 things for now, installing for an older driver, which didn't help. And the second one they suggest was to do a complete reinstall of OS.
does it really have to be that hard work to fix this issue? or do you have a fix for that so i don't need to reinstall everything on my PC.
