Installed Prepar3D_v5_Academic_5.1.12.26829 (not in program files folder) no any previous version of Prepar3d ever installed on this machine.
Bios and Nvidia driver is uptodate
Graphics card : Nvidia 2080TI FE (driver 466.22 released 14-Apr-2021)
Restart of OS tried (running app and installer with admin right), reinstall(repair option) tried.

I am able to run all other Flight simulators (fsx disk version, MSFS 2000 and X-PlANE ) without any problem

This is founder Edition Graphics card and it is not overclocked (at least knowingly)
