Content Errors Warning X3206 implicit truncation of vector type

I get many of the following errors in ContentErrors.txt and would like to resolve if possible.

error=Shader compilation failed - Error Msg: C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5\ShadersHLSL\PBRBase.fx(481,15-83): warning X3206: implicit truncation of vector type
