In v.5.1 still this issue exist, even on water, if you will be close the are gone....

Near Norfolk, but I noticed the same issues on many places, on Hawaii too:

This is very annoying in VR also.

This bug never goes away

Yes, its very visible in VR... I fly VR only.

Just delete hazards.bgl and move on. It's been a bug for 9 years now since P3D V1, so you can guess where it lies on their priority list.

This needs to be fixed. I can't believe this bug is coming into the code from all these years. Old code is horrible. Have to let go of legacy

And I saved some VRAM by disabling it. I am not gonna further test it anymore, just worn out by P3D tweaking b/c vram management is all over the place. Sorry Devs, more work cut out for you guys.

I did it and now its ok, good find btw!
Did it remove something else?
