Hi, I installed P3Dv4.5 Academic 4.5.13.32097 I would like to update with Hotfix but I don't understand if it is already updated to Hotfix 1 - 2 ...., also where should these Hotfixes be downloaded SEPARATELY? without necessarily having to download everything again? can you give me a link?

go to the Downloads link, click on your account info, and that will take you to all of your available downloads. You will find hf 3 in that list. I have installed it, but so far have not noticed anything really different. I think the biggest changes affect people who use VR...I am not among them...

Hello,
The latest download is always based on what license you have purchased. Since you have said you installed P3Dv4.5 Academic 4.5.13.32097. The last 5 numbers is the build number.
32097 is HF 2
the one in your download is Prepar3D_v4_Academic_4.5.14.34698.zip
34698 is HF 3
Now run Prepar3D program. Go right into the aircraft. In the menu at the top there will be a Help item - click on that. You will see an "About Lockheed Martin Prepar3D" menu item there. Click on that. This gives you a dialog showing the version of Prepar3D you have - look at the last 5 numbers. I think, since you said you installed HF2 you will see
4.5.13.32097
after you update to HF 3 you should see
4.5.14.34698
