The only time I've ever seen this error is with P3Dv3 and FSLabs Spotlights. I assume you are using the (latest) Spotlights version for P3Dv4 and that your dll.xml file isn't somehow pointing to the old version (not even sure it would run). If it just started failing on Sunday you need to figure out what changed on your computer since Saturday.
