Greyed Out Scenery Files

Hello

I want to be able to move my scenery in the scenery library around but of course the boxes for moving things up and down are greyed out and I cant remember how to change that. can anyone remind me? Thank you.

The grayed out ones are from the .xml files in your My Documents\P3D folders. I forget which of the two folders it is since I’m not at my computer but it’s the one full of .xml files. They’ll always be on top, so no reason ever to move them.
