My specs
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (Build 17134 - latest version 1803)
Ram: 16GB (DDR-2400)
CPU: I7-5820k (Overclocked to 4.4ghz stable, has been for years).
Motherboard: MSI X99S
Video: 2 x 980 Nvidia GTX (in SLI mode)
Monitor: 4k Acer
Storage: SSD Micron 512gb MX500, and few other 1tb hdds for storage
Nvidia Drivers: 398.11
When I run DxDiag: I get no errors in the DxDiag app. All drivers are installed
DxDiag and Prepar3d.cfg (text file) always created on P3D4.3 Exit - Super clean system

Thanks for the reports and details on this. These files being created on shutdown won't cause any issues using the application. We will have a fix to prevent this from happening in our next update.
