Out of available memory

Hello,
Was running OK yesterday, this morning (Europe) P3D starting and I receive a popup "Your computer has run out of available memory . Please restart P3D and select ...."

Strange, no changes , additions made since yesterday ...

Something has to have changed, there is legitimately no other explanation.
