Certain effects are black/white

So in my sim, certain effects like aircraft lights, scenery lights, even default waves have this white or black texture over them when they are in use. I tried downgrading my GPU drivers twice and it did nothing.

I had the same problem. I rolled back to an older graphic driver and it solved the problem.
