p3d v5 CTD Aerosoft a330 D3D10Warp.dll
Hi all,
I've recently purchased a new system and have flown multiple flights with the Aerosoft a320 pro. However, when using the a330 pro, I have CTD'd multiple times with D3D10Warp.dll being the culprit.
Not being fully accustomed to using the PC yet, I can only give the details from event viewer.

I've seen this issue across other forums but no obvious fix, is it an Aerosoft issue?

Try disabling the ND display renedering option in the a330 cfg tool. Uncheck the box (I can not recall the exact name of the box. But it says something like it is to check if your gpu is not strong enough for rendering some displays of the cockpit, it will shift workload from your gpu to cpu). I did uncheck it, these ctd never occur again. I did report it at aerosoft, but they answererd the problem was on my end, because no one else did report it......

What does Aerosoft say about the GPU requirements? The OP has a GTX 2080 TI with 11 GB on it....

Thanks for the replies.
I've disabled the ECAM rendering tool and will give it a try.
I'm surprised it's been happening to cards far superior to mine as well!

Re: p3d v5 CTD Aerosoft a330 D3D10Warp.dll
It is already done! Aerosoft says it can not be possible that it is related to their addon, it must be something on the user end ergo Windows 10.
One user did even a clean install of:
- Windows
- P3D
- Aerosoft A330
and has this issue as well. He had MS Support and installed from scratch....issue still persists!
I am a little speachless that the thread on Aerosoft has bin closed with the remark: Answered.......answered is not solved.
I am asking myself if it is possbile that the "AS330 Product code has some issues wich lead to the error? MUST it be Windows? Or can it be the product too wich has issues which lead do windows .dll failures/errors?

On the last page of the post I linked :
“Because we believe this topic has been answered we have closed it. If you have any more questions feel free to open a new topic. “
So, you can start a new topic in the correct Aerosoft forum area and use problem e.g.,
P3Dv5HF2 CTD Aerosoft a330 D3D10Warp.dll

@opensky101
Did you resolve the crash with D3D10WARP.DLL? I just had it myself with Aero soft A330 also.

How about updating your Prepar3D to the most recent version, which is 5.1 HF1 (don't know the number by heart).Opensky101 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 14, 2020 10:15 am

The addons often get evolved, so if you use an older version of the sim and the latest of the addon, it might be a problem.
