Unable to cross bridges in P3D v5.1 HF1 (with reason)

Hi all,

I just made a quick comparison in P3D v5.1 HF1 while crossing a bridge with different mesh resolution settings.

Can anyone of the P3D support give us further informations if there is a upcoming fix for this problem? This happens on every airport with a bridge while taxiing on it.

Happens to me since further P3D Versions but you was still able to cross the bridge with a slightly shaking plane.

This actually fires your plane in the air like a slingshot. And I guess the VATSIM ATC also doesn't like it if you takeoff without a clearence. :D

Hopefully we'll get a fix soon.

Did you try all meshes with the default P3D aircraft?

Yes all 3rd party. Don’t know if there are any default airports with taxiway bridges?

Will try it in a few minutes.

Not default airports. Test with the same bridge(s).

So, I tried it with the default F35a. The shaking and spinning is not that heavy as in the PMDG 747 but the problem still occurs and is getting better and better when reducing the mesh resolution.

That‘s funny. FlyTampa just dropped a new AMS update today. Will try it out later and see if that fixes the problem.

"AMS" ist the code of Amsterdams airport.

Problem sadly still occurs after installing the new update.
