How to change Varjo SessionPriority on XR-1

I use XR-1 of varjo.
I expect P3D to set varjo_SessionPriority to 0.
Is this understanding correct?

and, How to change this value?
Because I want to link P3D with other apps.
When I start P3D with XR-1, I have trouble because the VST of the next application started was P3D.
