Hello,

This is my first post and I wanto say "Hello" to everybody first. :)

I have read that you added the external sim functionality lately which is great, since I could connect an external physics simulation.

What I would like to know is, if the Prepar3D physics calculation (flight model) is switched off, if I use an external sim or if is is still running in parallel, putting load on the CPU.

Would be great, if you could answer this question.

Best regards,

Pete

When an External Primary Sim is running, it is the only physics model running for a given SimObject (ie if there are any AI objects loaded, they will still be using their own flight model(s)).
