When you go to multiplayer mode, simconnect seems to reload a complete new instance. Is there any way to know if this happens?
The problem we're having is that someone might load Prepar3D, our plugin connects to our software using simconnect. Then the customer starts multiplayer mode, and a new instance of simconnect is created, but... the old one still lives on. There's no more data coming from the old simconnect instance in that case.
The only way to work around this is to start in multiplayer mode directly. But maybe there's a smart way to find out that there's a new simconnect (multiplayer) instance and our software should listen to that?
