P3D v3 BglComp location

I want just to place some already made buildings on the terrain as visual references with a simple program, Model Converter. When I try to compile a popup tells me that it needs to know where is the BglComp.exe file is. Now, I cannot find it in the main P3D directory, where is it? I am using P3D v3.4 .
I wasn't able to work with SimDirector and it crashes too often anyway.
Please advise.
