I can't see your screenshot at the link, sorry! I'll check it out in person. I went to UHMM and don't see anything jumping out at me, can you post lat /lon?

Your screenshot indicates that you have a specific scenery at Sokol UHMM Magadan.
I don't see any problem with P3Dv5.1HF1 at UHMM by default.
Desable your specific scenery for testing.
