Terrain problems

Post by Kilgara »

Hello everyone,
I currently attempting to create an airfield using realworld data. However, the airfield have a slopped runway and the realworld data does not correspond to those within the sim creating some sort of sinkhole with the runway at the bottom (not very usefull to land or takeoff). Anyone have an idea to fix these ?

Best regards Kilgara

With the sloped runway, that would depend on which version of P3D you are creating this airfield for. To my knowledge (which admittedly is sketchy) you can only do sloped runways in v. 5.3 or later.

Take a look in the release notes for your version.

Edit: What tool are you using to make this airfield?

I targeting P3D v5 and more using ADE (Airport Design Editor). I know where are the different options, and it work the only problem is the fact taht the land around are not right I think.
