Setting BOW C of G Position % MAC

Our sim is exhibiting neutral longitudinal stability characteristics indicating the Basic Operating Weight (BOW, no fuel and no payload) C of G position as a % of the Mean Aerodynamic Chord (MAC) is too far aft. Where do I find the page to check and adjust if necessary the position of the BOW C of G % of MAC?
