Is it ok to delete default aircraft?

Is it ok to delete default aircraft?

I have P3D v5.1 (with hotfix1) on my C drive and I have another drive (D) I use for storage basically. There are lots of default planes I never use (I do use a few default planes). I was wondering if it is ok to move the default planes I never use (except for the F-35) to my D drive? Would doing that cause problems with the sim?
