[RESOLVED] P3D V4 Is there a way to get out of the aircraft?

Postby AIXtreme2K » Wed Apr 29, 2020 6:40 am

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way to exit the cockpit and walk around the airfield on foot?
I am using P3D V4.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

you have to use the AVATAR MODE.

1) when selecting a plane, choose in the select avatar list on top what avatar you want to use (by default : "Civilian Male White Shirt Blue Jeans")

2) When on ground, try CTRL SHIFT E to attach/detach the avatar
Look in the help for keys to use to move the avatar.
You can also see in the Options / Key Assignments / the keys associated by default
by memory :
W to walk
A to turn left
D to turn right
C to toggle crouch
R to toggle run/walk
F to jump

Q & E to look left / right when stopped

Try some keys combined with W (turn while walking/running)

3) To change view mode : in Avatar mode, call the View Menu and try among :
* First Person
* Third Person
each one having two or three options.

Hope this helps...
