I am traveling and have not yet downloaded any of the available aircraft. However, a fellow pilot at my VA reports that after installing and selecting the planes he has acquired, there are problems quoting him

“I have downloaded a few but they crash P3D after selecting them. I have re-installed the King Air and Twin Comanche a few times, but to no avail. Everything seems to be installed correctly, but as soon as either aircraft is selected they just crash the sim. They show up in the selection screen (including rotating picture), but that is as far as they go.”

Have you had a similar problem? If so, we’re you able to correct it and what did you do?

Thanks

Thanks Jorgen,

I will report back to him and others at my VA. But, FWIW, there is a thread on the Avsim P3D forum, where similar problems have been raised.

In re the Milviz aircraft, the two which I installed draw more Vram than my ti1660 card can support. It has only 6G ram on board. I have never had a similar problem with other aircraft or scenarios. So it goes.
