Hello, For any activation issues, please contact licensing@prepar3d.com. If you have already sent an email, please do not send multiple emails. In the future, if you uninstall Prepar3D before making changes to your system, you will properly deactivate Prepar3D and will not have to contact licensing....

Likely you will want to rebuild your host file. Make sure there is no listing for secure.prepar3d.com inside the Windows hosts file.
