Hello,
In v5, the individual search fields were combined.
With the new search bar in the upper right of the Airport screen, you should be able to search by ICAO, airport name, location, etc.
What functionality are you missing?

Enhanced atmospherics is still in the beta phase and we will be making further improvements to refine and polish this feature.
We've made adjustments to the shadows that will improve their visibility for the next release.

Enhanced atmospherics is still in the beta phase and we will continue working to improve visual fidelity and performance.
If you increase the height of your cloud layers, does this help mitigate the issue?

Have you tried enabling View Groups?
Right click, select View Groups > Auto fill Desktop.
You can then use alt + enter to full screen.
