I have uninstalled some scenery that was in the add ons in P3d. The uninstaller ran but they are still visible in that screen? How do I remove them?

Hi if I want to uninstall an Addon scenery in the Addon menu of P3D4.5 do I just untick it and then run the uninstaller? And then remove the scenery from within Windows Add Remove programmes? Previously when scenery was within P3D you could open Scenery and select "Delete"?
