Re: View Group Question

Yes, I certainly did and also closely read the view group tutorial posted earlier this year.

After dredging up some long-forgotten information, believe it's a matter of theorems for angles and circles.

View Group Question

I have a P3Dv4 view group for my outside view with three 22-inch monitors. But it needs a bit of "tweaking". The monitors are curved, with a radius of 1800mm, and driven by a GTX 1080, so no performance issues. The view group now uses a horizontal view of 45 degrees for each monitor. The result is v...

Re: How to adjust view angle question

Probably not what to want to hear, but the only way I can do that with my 3-monitor outside view setup is to move the monitors to left until the runway center line is where it's supposed to be.

Hi Mike,

Fair enough. Regrettably, experience drives me to expect the "worst". Time will tell, I suppose.

Re: Content Errors

Hi Mike, Thanks for the information you posted above. To be clear I am not a developer; however, I do manage a support forum for a software distributor and developer. I am not at all interested in having to responding to user posts stating that "content errors are affecting my (simulated) aircraft's...

Re: Content Errors

Disabling FSUIPC5 in not an option in my case. Aside from the fine-grained control of controller axes, calibration, etc. it provides, FSUIPC is a requirement for the script which controls my flight deck hardware. So I would appreciate a LM statement that content errors are or are not something with ...

Re: Saitek Pro Throttle quadrant not working.

Hi, I had an issue like that with one of my Saitek throttles. Turned out that closing the throttle momentarily activated the button below, which by P3D v4 default was triggering view changes. Deleted the default button assignment and all was well. Now that FSUIPC5 is released, I no longer use the co...

Re: Best setup for triple monitors

And for another option: I'm using a digital TH2go with three 22" curved screen monitors for the outside view. Works well. Still need to try view groups.

Re: How to stop windows 10 automatic Nvidia driver updates ?

Hi,

True, not a P3D issue. However, as you are using Win10 Pro there is a fix. Search the internet for the solution.
