Re: Elite Pro Panel SE Throttle and Prop controls
Hello. I had the same issue with a Pro Panel SE. My conclusion is that the Pro Panel SE is "not" fully compatible with Prepar3d. Wish I had known that before I purchased the Pro Panel SE. As a result, I am now looking to purchase a Pro Panel 2. The Pro Panel 2 "does" work for bot...

Function for "Manage Cameras" Under Views
Hello, I am using Prepar3D Pro PLUS Version 4: Under the "Manage Cameras" function, I have been trying to save Camera Views for future use, but regardless of what I do, whenever I restart Prepar3D, the views that I previously created, no longer appear as an option. It looks like the views ...

Re: P3d v5 - multichannel vs singlechannel performance
Thanks for your comment. As a user, I too noticed CPU bandwidth limitations whenever Multichannel is engaged (using Version 4) and would be really happy to learn that Version 5 is more GPU dependent.

Flying Glitches and Tics
Hello all, Most all the lightweight aircraft I've been flying have a momentary 20 degree pitch up (for an instance) then back down to level. I have turned off all turbulence settings and difficulty levels but I still get this un-commanded pitch-up every 30 seconds or so. It makes it real hard when m...

Re: How to Turn Off and Disable Frame Sync
To ask more simply, is it possible to turn off frame sync? I think it may help my frames-per-second. I've tried editing the cfg files by changing the Frame Sync Value from 1 to 0 ('0' meaning off) but it didn't work...

How to Turn Off and Disable Frame Sync
Hello Prepar3D Technical Support, I’ve been running Prepar3D Pro Plus configured with one Host computer and four Clients – each driving a 4k monitor. I’m also using Orbx for scenery. The system has been functionally nominally when flying 2500 feet and above but I’ve been getting low frame rates (e.g...

Maximum Resolution / Field-of-View for Single Image
Hello What is the maximum field-of-view I can get from a single image of Prepar3D Version 3? I have set up an array of 16 monitors (two rows of eight columns) and have overlayed a single image from Prepar3D. I am definitively not getting a 180 degree field-of-view but it appears I "am" att...

<t>Hello technical support,<br/> <br/> I have 16GB of "video" memory (via four graphics cards) but still only get about 5 frames per second (fps) due to having eight monitors on my system.<br/> <br/> I am considering upgrading to 32GB "video" memory if the developers think it might help. I just want...

<r>Actually, ELITE recently came out with a plug-in that supports Prepar3d Version 2 -- so you can use their PI-135 BATD to interface with Prepar3D. Just go to the <URL url="http://www.flyelite.com">www.flyelite.com</URL> web page and you can find the Prepar3D hardware driver under the downloads tab...

<t>Hello,<br/> <br/> I attempted all the provided methods for trying to activate S/W but receive a Code 4 activation error. I purchased a second license (today) to see if that would make a difference, but it did not. I still get a Code 4 activation error.<br/> <br/> My two separately purchased Licen...
