Re: 3 time 21:9 Resplution curved Screens

Suggest you try a view group. I use one for my three curved screen outside view and prefer it over Nvidia surround.

Re: 3 time 21:9 Resplution curved Screens

"I tried the ViewGroup, but it seams also not solving the Problem, because i think viewgroups are for Cockpits which have not surroundet the 3 MOnitors via nVidia Control panel..??"

That is correct, You should not use a Viewgroup and Nvida surround at the same time.

Re: iFly737 P3D v4 doesn't work

There is a response to your question in the iFly 737NG P3D support which has been there over 13 hours. You might want to have a look.

Re: no taxiways or terminals

I have several FSX sceneries used with P3Dv4. All are installed on a separate drive from P3D. The Lorby-SI Addon Organizer effortlessly adds them to P3Dv4. If taxiways do not show, it's necessary to set a flag using ADE then recompile the scenery. Not difficult to do. There are instructions at avsim...

Re: View Groups Issue

Views\View Group Management\Select your View Group then each view. Change the Display ID for each view as necessary.

Then Preview by clicking the lower left hand corner icon. Click OK when done.

Re: View Groups Issue

Changing the Display ID doesn't move the view to a different projector? On my setup with 3 displays I can change the Display ID for each view to move the view to whatever displays I have available.

That's also my experience with 3 displays.

Jim

Registry changes must be made with caution and are not for those who are not comfortable with making such edits.

Re: P3Dv4.5 HF2 trouble shutting down when using a lot of RAM?

FYI, found this at another site: "Open the registry editor, navigate to \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop and create three strings (if they don't already exist). Create AutoEndTasks and set it to 1, create WaitToKillAppTimeOut and set it to 2000. Finally, create HungAppTimeOut and set that to...

Re: P3Dv4.5 HF2 trouble shutting down when using a lot of RAM?

It takes several seconds for P3D to shutdown for me, but in my case I've not had it "hang". I use Windows 10 and it seems to retain code in memory longer than I've seen in previous operating systems. Sometimes, I've had to reboot in order to clear system RAM after making configuration changes. Have ...

Re: Two 49" curved monitors as landscape look

Hi Bernd,

For what it's worth, when I used two 22-inch monitors the runway centerline was hidden by the monitor bezels. Suspect it would be the same for 49-inch monitors given the way the outside view is rendered.

Re: AI Traffic Add-On

That is most likely a "false positive" resulting from an overly aggressive antivirus program. I'm used the AIG installer and there are no issues about "infection".

Re: View Group Managment

Then I would test with the default "Auto-Fill Desktop" and no other P3D-related software running. If that works, you'll know that the issue is with your custom view group or the software that you are not running. Activate the addon software until the problem appears or until all your addons are runn...

Re: View Group Managment

Presuming your view group is properly configured, I can only guess that some software is sending keystrokes which affect the view. Have you tried uninstalling the Spadnext software and testing the view group?

Re: View Group Managment

Hi, You might want to check in order to rule out a duplicate key assignment which could be sending the command to shut off fuel, etc. Also, my experience with view groups is that it is necessary to use View Group Management to check that the Display Configuration is correct (numbers correspond to th...
