No I am not using Nvidia Inspector.
Just to add a bit more information, I use Nvidia drivers 445.87.
The flickering occurs with default planes or with addon planes (Carenado).

Re: v5 Cloud Flickering
I have this problem too. For me, it's happening when EA is unchecked (True Sky is off). It happened with a vanilla installation and it happens with Orbx addon's.
It happened with no weather addon, and it happens with AS and ASCA.
I'm really surprised we are not seeing more reports of this...

Re: Blurry Mooney G1000 with P3DV5HF1
Thank you Martyson and bvdboomen. I use 1 monitor and I have tried mipmap VC Panels checked and unchecked. It did not make a difference. I have 'solved' the problem, but I do not know what causes the problem. I assume it is an addon... Here's how I solved it: 1. I backed up my 'Prepar3D v5 Files' fo...

Blurry Mooney G1000 with P3DV5HF1
I have a very blurry G1000 in the default Mooney. I am using 4SSA, with FXAA unchecked. I originally installed P3DV5HF1 by completely uninstalling P3DV5, deleting the appropriate folders in PROGRAMDATA, Roaming, etc. I then installed the complete P3DV5HF1 installation. Here's what I see in the MOONE...

Re: LandClass/Vector Data
Got CO95, thanks. That's a really mountainous airport. I didn't have good data for it....still don't. Yes, there is really no information from Navigraph and Jeppesen for this airport... Based on a real satellite photo( near Hastings Mesa), the airport is hardly distinguishable and its grassy runway...

Re: aircraft crashing in valleys
Having this problem in V5. I have ignore crash selected. I am flying into ORBX KTEX ILS 25 with the Carenado 525a. I get to within ~500-1000 feet from the ground (really not sure, I was following the glide slope) and BOOM crash into ground. Scared the H.LL out of me! Anyway, I wanted to confirm both...

Re: BUG: Excessive load times for Options menu v5
Basically what the subject says... anytime I access the Options menus, either from the Scenario Setup screen or from the ALT menus within the sim, there is a hang of about 20 seconds before the menus come up. When closing them, it is instant. Very annoying when you are trying to test different slid...

Re: BUG: Excessive load times for Options menu v5
I also had the permissions error message. I solved it by going to the prepar3d.exe properties, then clicking on COMPATIBILITY tab, and setting the RUN AS ADMIN setting:

Hotkey for anti-aliasing setting change
Would it be possible to add hotkeys for several anti-aliasing settings? For instance, using Dynamic Lighting at payware large airports works well when anti-aliasing set to 2SAA. But, as soon as I get into the air, I'd like to set ant-aliasing to 8SAA. That way, at the airport, with anti-aliasing set...

Help with TFFS - Disappearing Runways
Hello, I'm running into a problem with disappearing runways at certain angles with TFFS. It happens with the standard included TFFS or a freeware version of TFFS. Here's several pictures to explain. Here, I am using a freeware version of TFFS. Here the runway is GOOD: https://i.imgur.com/hlZ9D0m.jpg...
