Re: P3D V5 doesn't runstable
Sherm, overclocking the CPU is almost necessary, IMNSHO. But overclocking a GPU (other than what various OEMs do) is generally a bad idea and can lead to instability, with very little effect to show in the running sim. Jorgen Thanks, Jorgen..I have never successfully OC'd my CPU, but that may be be...

Re: Prepar3D V5.4 won't open
Be sure you are running P3D as Administrator.
The next time you boot, it should automatically rebuild your scenery.cfg.
If not, uninstall the program and do a fresh clean installation. But, if installed correctly the first time, you should have no need to do a reinstallation.

Re: P3D V5 doesn't runstable
Jorgen is correct about the VRAM….but, even a card with only 4Gigs leaves little headroom. I have an Nvidia 1660ti with 6gigs, which runs fine except for scenery intense areas. Even there I do not experience a BSOD, though the sim might freeze and require a reboot. If I were inclined to replace the ...

Re: Do you have a solution for me ?
Fabien, Since this is ORBX, you might want to ask the question in the ORBX P3D forum here: https://forum.orbxdirect.com/forum/129-prepar3d/ Jorgen The above link is dead. This will take you to ORBX support for p3d.v5. But just as a note, there has been discussion on the general ORBX forums about a ...

Guten Tag und Danke, I doubt that I will actually create any missions, but with that said, thank you for your contributions to our hobby. Re: Odd image in vehicle selection box
I have the solution, found over at Avsim where I posted this same problem about three years ago. One responder suggested that the problem could be caused and solved within NVidia control panel. Specifically, Multi Frame Sampled AA should be OFF, not ON...so, I changed it and all is well. We return y...

Take a look around at all the information, and especially our multiplay flights which are held four times a week. Each fli...
