Rob I thought this was originally vram issue , it is not as plenty of headroom on 3090. Default aircraft it happens on , Dynamic lighting on makes it worse but does fail without it just less often. I run with a PD of 1.8 , I know high but easily achievable with a 3090 . Only when exiting VR on rift ...

Cheers possibly my end . I do use envtex and that is mucking vr at moment will try without there shaders for a while see if different .Finding Single pass no longer works with envshade on 5.1 reported on there forum.

CTD Exiting VR
If I use my Rift S with dynamic lights on I get a CTD when exiting VR was on 5 HF2 and still present on 5.1 . PD set to 1.4.

I am finding exiting VR with dynamic lighting on causes digi hung especially on single pass hope that helps 1080ti 7.1gb in vram when exiting VR. Win V 2004 . I am finding exiting VR with dynamic lighting on causes digi hung especially on single pass hope that helps 1080ti 7.1gb in vram when exiting VR. Win V 2004 . Vr works perfect until the exit .

Holger it moves fine sometimes the type of windshield gets in the way realglass I believe. Move out of plane repostion , I know scary when at FL20 with no parachute so best set before flight ,

Agreed something is still missing. I can no longer use without bad jusdder ASW on Rift . Asw worked fine for me on 4.5 but is broken in V5 . Better performance is covering this up but for smooth VR on rift ASW must work.

For me VR hotfix 1 , I have not tried 2 as relates to fixes not needed for rift s. This was released prior to the general HF1. To use you need to deactivate VR in the p3d config

Running on the Old DLL is incredibly better on a rift not slightly. cured all my VR issuses and a pleasure to use in conjunction with HF1 .Hopefully LM can see what went wrong with the DLL in HF1.
