Re: Scenery Problem at every airport

All arguments to support going forward and development of new technologies are fine. The problem is that no-one anticipated so big issue and temporary un-usable set-up (until all affected add-ons will be adjusted which can take many months). It will take years... I still have the gut feeling that i...

Re: Scenery Problem at every airport

In my opinion, this evens the playing field with XPlane, which has very few quality (not free stuff but genuine quality) add on airports. Now P3D has suddenly become a platform with very few quality add on airports. Interesting marketing choice, it actually sounds like an engineering choice with li...

Re: Scenery Problem at every airport

We made some major performance improvements in 3.2 which relied in part on changes to optimize some draw order sorting routines. These changes caused issues with a few add-ons which had worked in 3.1 and we addressed those issues in 3.3. We also fixed a bug in the sorting routine which made draw or...

Re: Scenery Problem at every airport

Please try to understand that this small glitch brakes compatibility with almost ALL FSX based sceneries, airports to be precise. We are not talking about 64 bits here, or some kind of magic change in order to gain performance, this is a simple bug, most probably an unintentional glitch, which rende...

Re: Scenery Problem at every airport

All sceneries are effected, which use the old FS2002-SDK method for ground-layering. It is not a scenery-company specific issue, but a general one. Most probably when the "Fixed custom z bias scenery flickering issues including runways and runway markings" fix was dealt with, something got...

You can do that with FSUIPC in 20 seconds.

Re: PFC Rudder Pedals in V3

I'm also with this problem with two PFC pedals in my cockpit. I've written to PFC (as suggested) but their answer was sort of ridiculous. They say the USB boards in the pedals need to be changed and only if "this board is only compatible with devices with devices that are 2010 and newer. If you...

Re: A BIG thankyou LM for v3

And another big applause from my side! V3 is absolutely great and is the right step to the right direction... I was involved with the FS series since version 4 (beta testing all of them and I have 42 commercial FS-addon products to name) so this new version is absolutely great and even nice to look ...
