Shadows on particles?
Would be great to have shadows working on the particles system.
I feel like that's the last part not touched by shadows
Waves in this screenshots would look much better.

CameraSetRelative6DOF in Fixed view
Is this normal that using CameraSetRelative6DOF in Fixed view results in the parameters to be velocities instead of positions?
If so, what is the "official" way of dynamically positioning a camera in the world using SimConnect?
Regards,
Keven

Re: Missing effects - P3D V3
Sorry Jorge mis-spoke Direct your enquiries to the FSX IMMERSION developers who messed with the PMDG files. They and only they will be able to tell you how they integrate their effects addon to the PMDG product via P3Dv3. The effects are located in the smoke system of the aircraft, using standard S...

Re: Missing effects - P3D V3
Strange that there has been no response at all from LM on this issue, which had been around for months. Frustrating. Maybe I'll make a post on the regular client board and see if anyone responds there. Often, they just do things without giving feedback in the forums. I hope they ship it it in the c...

Re: Missing effects - P3D V3
Hello, First, sorry for my English ... I've also some problems with effects in P3Dv3 which are (sometimes) missing or not rendered as expected. Recently I tried to add an effect on taxi lights (modifying aircraft.cfg). I can see it very well using the SDK tool : It's the same fx file of course. I t...

Re: Trouble with FX Emitter texture
Hi I have also noticed effect anomalies with certain startup effects for engines. Where they emitted small smoke puffs in FSX, it looks more like some kind of fireworks in P3D v3. It seems to me that there could be a difference in the way the physics in the effect files are interpreted in v3? I gue...

Re: Trouble with FX Emitter texture
Entries were added to the LIGHTS section of the PMDG 777-200LR aircraft but can be used on any another aircraft. Here is the FX file: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/bust645046igtie/AACnLh85aRsW-E86cA9MFhyba?dl=0 It uses fx_1.bmp for everything [LIGHTS] light.X= 2, 000.00, 000.00, 000.00, fsfx_T7_WetEngi...

Trouble with FX Emitter texture
Hi! I am having some issues with the texture assignment in visual effects in V3 where and effect placed in the lights section of and aircraft.cfg file would have the wrong texture assigned in sim. What it should look like (was ok in FSX, P3Dv2): https://fsfxpackages.com/modules/blog/platform/wp-cont...
