The error you are seeing is a limitation of 32bit applications. You have a few options, unload unused scenery, there are few apps around you can use to do that. You can also just turn your settings down. The more objects in memory the faster you will OOM. Better hardware is nice but its not going to...

Ye I thought as much about 4K - I currently have 2x780Ti so it should be able to drive things, but I'm currently running 1440p and its beautiful - was thinking of trading up to titan blacks to ensure 4k works. On the fence still.

Other users reported this issue caused by GFX drivers. What have you tried? I also know FaceTrackNoIR can cause this (or has in the past).

Hey All,

Just wondering if anyone is running P3D at 4k and what their experience with it is at the moment?

I've seen a very well priced ASUS I'd want to get if its worth it in P3D.

Rough. So you're all good then? Would've been interesting to find out what the cause was.

Hey Tom,

I also don't use it but know of issues similar to what you experienced caused by it.

Glad you can right.

You might not think of it as blurries... but what you're looking at looks like an extreme version of 'blurries'

You should take the devs advice to heart and try some tweaks he's spoken about, can't hurt.

As far as I've read in the docs and on the forums - G-sync is only useful above 30FPS. Under 30FPS it reverts back to regular v-sync type modes. So at the end of the day not great for the majority of flight sim users. The full screen exclusive mode is a requirement too I think.

This is ...

Exciting times! Looking forward to having better than 5 frames sitting on the KSEA runway in bad weather running a 780 Ti SLi rig with a i7 4960X without lots of PT! Hopefully this is a step in the right direction!
(No I haven't been bothered to try optimise this anymore, I just wanna fly... s...

It will be native, its currently still being worked on. The AFR-Friendly mode is just a kluge for those wanting to try.

Be warned its not a great performer in P3D - personally I feel a bit sorry after buying it and now just use FSX for my PMDG stuff which performs very well in comparison.
