p3d is still looking for the old video card. try and delete the p3d config file then restart p3d.
p3d will rebuild the config file with the new video card info

"DINPUT8.dll" is a directx file. that does not mean its a directx problem.
as said above, this is most likely an addon aircraft not compatible with your version of p3d.
