Same thing. DXGI error using AMD Radeon VII. Tried with both atmospherics turned on, and turned off. particle shadows off.

Latest attempt was with 20.4.1. Prior to that I tried it with 20.3.1. Made no difference unfortunately.

I am having the same issue on a Radeon VII. DXGI Hung, and only after changing back to the virtual cockpit view from outside. This is on a completely fresh install with no add-ons yet. I also have Oculus Rift S, but I have not gotten far enough to even activate virtual reality.
